"WAIT AT HOME" OPTION
We are a single handed Gp practice and we know that sometimes Dr Dabo can run a bit late, we are sorry if this happens. Sometimes it is very hard to deal with a problem within the 10 minutes you are allocated. If you find it difficult to wait in the reception area, maybe you're a Carer and don't want to leave someone on their own too long. Whatever the reason just let reception know you would rather wait at home until it's your turn, just remember to let us know how long you need to get to the practice and we will give you a call to let you know to start making your way down.
Telephone 020 8684 2010, call in at the surgery or you can BOOK ONLINE - just click on the Patient Access Appointment Booking link below.
All consultations are by appointment. Routine appointments can be booked to deal with ongoing problems or problems that are not urgent, up to 4 weeks in advance.
If you are unable to keep an appointment let us know so we can offer it to another patient.
Call the surgery on 020 8684 2010. Emergency appointments are for new urgent medical problems or conditions that have only been present for a short time (no more than a few days) and need prompt treatment. If your medical condition is genuinely urgent, you will be helped as quickly as possible either by advice over the telephone or by being given an urgent appointment at the Surgery on the day that you call.
If you are unable to keep an appointment please inform the receptionist.
USING THE EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT FOR MATTERS THAT ARE NOT URGENT, MEANS THAT OTHER PEOPLE HAVE TO WAIT LONGER TO BE SEEN.
Home visits are made to patients the doctor consider to be too ill or immobile to come to the surgery. Requests should be made, if possible, before 10.30am giving the receptionist as much information as you can to assist the doctor in deciding the degree of urgency.
Please ring the practice reception between 12:00 -13:00 for results. Routine blood tests, urine and swab results take about four days, X-ray results seven to ten working days.
